teriyaki and garlic encrusted salmon on a bed of garlic and herb rice with a splash of lemon....
marinate your salmon pieces for approximately an hour in the fridge... the concoction would consist of soy sauce, sugar and garlic... and then let it sit on the counter for an hour to become room temp and then cook like you would any other fish... and serve with rice...
