got up about 7:45am of course.... cause it wasn't a work morning.. otherwise i would have HATED getting up early... but it was ok because i could watch tv and stay in my jammies for a while... which was so nice.. ati got up and left with his friend.... out and about so i had the house to myself most of the early morning until i got antsy... so, i went to my friend erin's and helped her rearrange her living room.... left there and went grocery shopping for the food needed for tonights game at my house... it was my turn to cater the food... we take turns so nobody gets stuck doing it every weekend... i made some soft shell tacos with meat, refried beans, cheese, tomatoes, gaucamole, sour cream, jalapenos and lettuce..... YUM YUM! got home around 4:00pm and started to prepare dinner for the people coming over to watch the GIANTS game.. and as of right now, the game is still on but everyone has left because it's a sunday night and we all have to work in the am... so, i am already done cleaning and now relaxing.... NIGHTY NIGHT!

saturdays events

i got up early in the morning and did some laundry and changed my sheets and did some usual house work... but then decided it was such a gorgeous day, i didn't want to miss it... so i called up my friend erin and went and hung out with her... we went to the butterfly conservatory, as i posted earlier this weekend... i loved it... the butterflies were beautiful... then we ended up staying home saturday night.... a nice long drive with my friend during the day... and then went home and chilled at night... good end to the day.....

this weekend was good.. spent friday night going out to eat to the Texas Roadhouse with other couples, katrice and tony and dan and kristen... the food was excellent...

i got a t-bone steak and it was melting in my mouth.... the place was slamming with people so you KNOW the food is good....

Butterfly Conservatory & Gardens - Magic Wings

i went with erin, her sister dana, darek, dana's baby boy and their friend stacy and her daughter olivia.... it was quite cool... butterflies of all colors fluttering everywhere.. it was kinda hard to get a good picture of them because they are constantly moving... i got quite lucky because 3 of them landed on me at the same time.... the lady that worked there said it was probably my lotion that they liked.....

Power Of Two - Indigo Girls

i freaking LOVE the indigo girls.. their harmony is fantastic, the guitar playing is great and they are just so much fun to listen to and watch.. gotta love a GIRL GROUP! YOU GO GIRLS!
